Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang được tiến hành từ tháng 4 năm 2017 đến tháng 4 năm 2018 trên 342 trẻ dưới 2 tuổi và mẹ của 342 trẻ này tại phường Hương Long, thành phố Huế, nhằm xác định tỷ lệ tiêm chủng đúng lịch của trẻ dưới 2 tuổi và một số yếu tố liên quan; mô tả một số yếu tố liên quan đến tỷ lệ tiêm chủng đúng lịch của đối tượng nghiên cứu. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy tỷ lệ trẻ tiêm chủng đầy đủ, đúng lịch chiếm 67,0%, tỷ lệ trẻ tiêm chủng đầy đủ, không đúng lịch (20,1%) và có 12,9% số trẻ tiêm chủng không đầy đủ, không đúng lịch; Lý do ảnh hưởng đến tiêm chủng không đúng lịch: trẻ ốm nên không đưa trẻ đi tiêm chủng (73,5%), bà mẹ sợ tai biến sau tiêm chủng (46,0%), gia đình bận không đưa trẻ đi tiêm chủng (23,0%) và một số lý do khác; Có mối liên quan giữa trình độ học vấn của mẹ; nghề nghiệp của mẹ; tôn giáo của mẹ; số con trong gia đình; bà mẹ biết thông tin về tiêm chủng với tỷ lệ tiêm chủng đúng lịch. Kết quả này cho thấy tỷ lệ trẻ tiêm chủng đúng lịch còn thấp.
Summary:
A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted from April 2017 to April 2018 on
342 children under 2 years old and the mother of these 342 children in Huong Long Ward, Hue City, to determine the vaccination on schedule coverage rate for children under 2 years old and some related factors; to find out some factors related to the vaccination on schedule rate in children under 2 years old in Huong Long ward, Hue City. The results showed that the percentage of children full immunization, on schedule is 67,0%, the percentage of children full immunization, not on schedule (20,1%) and 12,9% of children insufficient vaccination, not on schedule. Reasons for not following the vaccination schedule: sick children should not take their children for immunization (73,5%), mothers are afraid of accidents after vaccination (46,0%), their families are busy not to take their children for vaccination strain (23,0%) and
some other reasons; There was an association between Mother’s education level; mother’s occupation; mother’s religion; number of children in the family; mothers know about vaccination information with vaccination on schedule coverage rate for children. This result shows that the rate of children vaccinated on schedule is low.
