Bệnh Parkinson là một bệnh thoái hóa thần kinh trung ương, suy giảm nhận thức là triệu chứng khá phổ
biến và là một phần quan trọng trong bệnh cảnh lâm sàng của bệnh Parkinson. Mục tiêu mô tả thực trạng
suy giảm nhận thức ở người bệnh parkinson điều trị tại khoa Thần kinh, bệnh viện Đa khoa tỉnh Thái Bình
năm 2021 - 2022 và một số yếu tố liên quan. Nghiên cứu mô tả cắt ngang thực hiện trên 148 người bệnh
bệnh Parkinson. Kết quả cho thấy tỷ lệ trầm cảm trên người bệnh Parkinson là 52,7% và chủ yếu là trầm
cảm nhẹ, nhóm tuổi hay gặp là 65 - 79 tuổi, tỷ lệ nam, nữ tương đương nhau. Trong nghiên cứu này, điểm
trạng thái tâm thần tối thiểu (MMSE: Mini – Mental StateExamination) trung bình là 26,81 ± 4,818, tỷ lệ suy
giảm nhận thức trên người bệnh Parkinson là 23,6%. Tỷ lệ mắc trầm cảm cao ở nhóm có mức độ nặng
theo phân độ đánh giá giai đoạn bệnh Hoehn –Yahr và UPDRS, mức độ suy giảm nhận thức tăng lên ở
người bệnh Parkinson có trầm cảm. Lĩnh vực nhận thức bị ảnh hưởng nhiều nhất là nhớ từ và chức năng
hoạt động hàng ngày
Summary:
Parkinson’s disease is a central nervous
system degeneration disease, cognitive
impairment is a fairly common symptom and
an important part of the clinical symptoms of
Parkinson’s disease. The aim of this research is
describe the situation of cognitive impairment
in Parkinson’s disease patients treatment in Thai
Binh Hospital 2021 - 2022 and several related
factors. A cross-sectional descriptive study was
performed on 148 Parkinson’s disease patients
at the Department of Neurology, Thaibinh
General Hospital. The results showed that the
rate of depression in Parkinson’s patients was
52.7% and mainly mild depression, the common
age group was 65 - 79 years old, the proportion
of men similar to women. In this research, the
average MMSE score was 26.81 ± 4.818, the
rate of cognitive decline in Parkinson’s patients
were 23.6%. The prevalence of depression is
high in the group with severity according to the
Hoehn-Yahr and UPDRS classifications, and
the level of cognitive impairment increased
in patients with Parkinson’s disease have
depression symptom. The an awareness in
the most affected is word memory and daily
functioning.
